I’ve been a qualified (and practising) counsellor since 2005, and recently I’ve taken the next step by qualifying as a psychotherapist and becoming a member of UKCP (the UK Council for Psychotherapy).

This doesn’t mean any big change in the way I work, but it reflects the fact that I’m a lot more experienced than when I started out as a counsellor – which has to be a good thing!
